Thank you so much for having our family to your woodworking program. The kids enjoyed making and taking home their projects and showing them off! They were excited to decorate them at home and even went out to our woodworking shop to find more pieces of wood to practice nailing together.  I might have to bring a heater out there this winter!

We look forward to coming again next month

Our hand tools and woodworking classes are open to kids ages 5-12 years old. Depending on the weekly registration, the classes will be split up into age groups of 5-7 years old, 8-10 years old and 11-12 years old.

Why are classes split up by age groups?

Having kids of similar ages allows the instructor to cater the woodworking projects to specific developmental skill sets.

What if my child is slower/faster than the other kids in the class?

No worries, due to the small class sizes, the instructor is able to provide an individualized approach to each student.

Does my child need to have experience before signing up for woodworking class? No prior experience is necessary. The woodworking classes are suitable for all skill levels.

My two kids are of different age groups, can they still be in the same class?

Class will start at the exact scheduled time, if you arrive late to class, you will only have the remaining time of the lesson.  Please be aware that this could mean that the students may not finish their project in time for end of class
